dgj223 Nominated for the German Sustainability Award for Architecture 2025

The ‘dgj223 Collegium Academicum’ has been nominated for the German Sustainability Award Architecture 2025.
In the jury’s view, the ‘Collegium Academicum’ is thus one of the best examples of successful transformation in the construction sector in Germany – and one of the role models of sustainability that the DNP has been recognising since 2008. The award is organised by the German Sustainability Award Foundation in cooperation with the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) with the support of the Association of German Architects (BDA), the Federal Chamber of Architects (BAK), the Federal Foundation for Building Culture and the sponsor Caparol.

dgj223 State Prize for Building Culture Baden-Württemberg 2024

The State Prize for Building Culture Baden-Württemberg under the patronage of the Ministry of Regional Development and Housing Baden-Württemberg is only awarded every four years. Our “dgj223 Collegium Academicum” project received the award in the “Processes and Initiative” category in recognition of the exceptional commitment of all those involved. This is what the jury said: “…Co-creative bottom-up planning and self-construction contribute to the Collegium Academicum developing high design and social qualities in housing construction that could not have been realised in the same way by traditional sponsors or investors.”
