Our competition entry for the residential area Konstanz-Dettingen proposes five innovative building typologies, which combine high spatial qualities with sufficient apartments in small attractive buildings. The dense urban plan reduces land use drastically. The buildings have a high potential for identification for the residents. These apartments and houses are considerably more affordable and offer an appealing exterior: Cosy, liveable exterior spaces, which offer a high variety of structures for private, semi-private and public spaces.

Für das Wohngebiet Brühläcker in Konstanz-Dettingen wurden fünf innovative Gebäude-Typologien entwickelt, die auf kleiner Wohnfläche hohe Wohnqualität bieten. Durch den innovativen Städtebau wird der Landverbrauch drastisch gesenkt, die Wohnungen und Häuser erheblich günstiger und ein differenzierter Außenraum geschaffen. Es entstehen kleine, lebenswerte Außenräume und Gebäude mit hohem Identifikationspotential für die Bewohner.
