Die Bausteine für die Architektur einer Stadt sind die einzelnen Gebäude. In die Struktur und die Volumetrie der Gebäude eingeschrieben sind die großmaßstäblichen Bezüge. Das Projekt Periskop übersetzt diese Bezüge in eine markante Gebäudeform: Die lineare Bebauung entlang der Oskar-von-Miller- Straße wird weitergeführt. Der Turm markiert den Brückenkopf und bildet einen Abschluss der flussbegleitenden Bebauung.
